Project Manager for design, development, installation, maintenance and user training for a 50 user Novell/Unix network supporting local Windows interfaces. One application designed and developed experimentally for the JAMI network distributed an ACCESS DBMS that integrated event based clinical record keeping with Medicaid billing systems. The network supported E-mail, several publication tools, several ACCESS databases, and JAMI's accounting systems.

- 8/97 to 1/2002. Analyst-Programmer III, State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Family and Children's Services. , (JAMI). Responsible for design, development, testing, and deployment of a variety of features used in data recovery and data transfer needed for record-keeping for family and child clients of the agency. One of these products required development of a complex Microsoft Access database needed to track, and recover Alaska Permanent Fund payments on behalf of clients of the agency.
